About Nina Zokhrabyan

Nina Zokhrabyan is a real estate strategist, innovator, and the Chief Operations Officer at AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate. Nina began her rise to the top of the luxury real estate world in her junior year at California State University, Northridge. To put herself through school, Nina began working as a weekend receptionist at Coldwell Banker.
She quickly started learning more, asking for additional hours, and immersing herself in the world. Following graduation with two Bachelor's of Science degrees, she took a job as a Transaction Coordinator at Keller Williams. By the time she was 26, Nina was running an office, managing 50 agents, reviewing 100s of files at any given time, teaching classes and training agents.
In 2014, Nina was brought on to build up the entire transaction coordinating department at John Aaroe Group. Here, she met Aaron Kirman, founder and CEO of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate.
Since then, Nina and Aaron have been working together to build a team of the highest performing individuals to rise together in the most dominant and competitive market in the world. Launched in 2017 with 20 agents, AKG has grown to 150 agents and over $14 billion in career sales. Earning the title of #1 Luxury Team in Los Angeles.
In 2021 Nina was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and VP of Sales. Today she continues spearheading AKG’s growth and operations model, coaching and managing over 150 agents and the AKG staff.
In 2022, AKG announced a partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate, a partnership that will allow AKG to continue elevating the standard for high-end real estate brokerages in one of the world’s most prominent luxury markets. Nina has played a key role in AKG’s growth within luxury real estate and is one of the driving forces behind this partnership.
